Parking
If you’re driving to our tour, there are a few parking options available nearby. There is a parking garage near the end of the tour, and if you’re already parked there, the end of the tour is just half a block away. If you’re looking for free parking, the Trinity Church lot on south St. George Street is usually free after 7pm. (Except during Nights of Lights and other major events.) Cancellations
Cancellation Policy:
The Last Ghost Tour values customer satisfaction and safety above all else. Therefore, we offer a generous cancellation policy in the event that you are unable to attend your tour.
If you need to cancel your booking, we offer a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the start of your tour. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, we will offer a credit for a future tour. In addition, if at least half of your group does attend the tour, we will issue a refund for party members who are unable to attend. We understand that sometimes circumstances are unavoidable and we are happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis to ensure that you’re satisfied with your experience.
Weather
Bad Weather:
We go out in pretty much any weather, barring a severe warning from the national weather service. Generally, If it is raining hard or the temperature is below 40F, then we will issue a full refund to any who request it.
