Nicholas and Charlie have investigated in the Oldest City for years and have collected dozens and dozens of pictures, video and EVPs personally, from guests on our tours, and scouring the web for every day peoples’ evidence, and we will share some of the best.

Nicholas also lives and works in the area and can show you things that only people that actually live there would know. I love love it and it gave my partner nightmares LOL.

5/5 tour! I’m from Chicago, and I’ve been to many ghost tours. This was one of my favorite tours. We had Nicholas as our tour guide and he did a great job in making you feel as though you were part of the story. Loved every minute of it!
Not just a tour but an adventure
It’s such a rarity in life that I come across people such as Nicholas, who pours her heart every moment into their job. Externally knowledgeable as well as patient in case you missed something he said. Nicholas passed another ghost tours during the tour and it was like someone who’s reading it from a book in class without engaging with the students while Nick was complete opposite. My wife and I came out to St. Augustine for the first time today, out of everything we did I have to say taking the time to take this tour was the best part of the trip. A special thanks to Nicholas!

Nicholas was an excellent tour guide! He was very knowledgeable about history as well as all things ghost related. We had a great time and would highly recommend the tour.
Great tour if you want history and are a ghost hunter
My favorite part was historical knowledge of the guide and his relationship with a ghost investigation society and as a local archaeologist. This is a mix of historic accounts, ghost stories, and audio/video, EVP. Be prepared to walk and visit some historical sites! Our guide was knowledgeable the background in ghost hunting and archeology with local knowledge. Be prepared to see the sights of the town with historical accounts and also recent accounts of hauntings. You’ll get a taste of the town in one night I highly recommend this tour and it is okay for families. Be prepared to walk in winter wear your warm coat along the waterfront. Will you sleep that night? Who knows?
This, by far, was the best tour we took all day.
Our tour guide, Nicholas Frost, was amazing! He knows how to tell stories and tons of history about the area. We really enjoyed this tour. We did not have any actual ghost sightings but hearing the stories was extremely fun and interesting.
Excellent time in the evening out
Nicholas was great! Well worth the money spent. nine total stops with great stories with each stop. Only advice I keep in mind is this is a walking tour be prepared to walk. Tour lasted roughly 90 minutes.
Great even in the rain.
My partner and I scheduled a tour for Thursday evening to have a more personal experience. It started pouring but our tour guide, Nicholas still stuck it out with us and we are incredibly grateful. He was super informative about general Saint Augustine history and ghost stories. I highly recommend booking a tour even if it goes tales aren’t your interest. This tour goes over the macabre history that is so interesting and is tied up nicely with a few spooky stories.

Nicholas was very knowledgeable. Presented the haunted history of St Augustine and entertaining, but not in an over the top way. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide Nicholas was very informative and an excellent performer. Even if you don’t believe in ghost stories, this true involves a ton of macabre history from St Augustine and the way it’s told we’ll have you hanging on every word. You might wonder how Nicholas and Charlie have hosted over 12,000 guests. We have worked for many different companies, but we began working together for the now-gone Ghost Train Adventure, where Charlie hosted tours and managed and Nicholas hosted tours 4-6 nights a week. The Ghost Train held 48 people per tour and we’d host up to three a night ourselves, and we did that for four and six years.
